High Tech Office
Our office uses many of the latest techniques that allow us to diagnose and treat with remarkable precision. These techniques include laser, air abrasion, Cerec crowns (porcelain crowns in one visit), magnifying eyewear, fiberoptics, and a Steri-Center system of sterilization.
Teeth Whitening
Whitening can restore the smile of people with dull, stained, or discolored teeth. Professional bleaching as done by our SDS dentists is considered to be the most effective and safest method. Brightening your teeth can make a dramatic difference in your smile. If you are happy with the shape and alignment of your teeth, our tray bleaching system will provide you with a custom fit bleach tray and high strength bleaching gel for you to use at home. In 7 -10 days you will notice a significantly brighter smile that will last up to 2 years. For those who want immediate results, our in office bleaching system will brighten your smile in under 2 hours.
Orthodontics benefits both children and adults, and in some cases can be completed within months. We employ many different types of braces, including metal, ceramic, and invisible. Invisalign is available at our office. Thinking of orthodontics for your child? Click here.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Esthetic dental procedures can dramatically change the look and feel of your dental work. Today’s materials and techniques allow us to make our dentistry look as natural as possible, whether filling one tooth or redesigning your whole smile. An example of an esthetic dental procedure is a porcelain veneer. Porcelain veneers offer a way to correct misaligned, chipped, and worn teeth as well as severe discoloration quickly. The teeth are reshaped slightly and then overlayed with a thin layer of porcelain. Porcelain veneers last much longer than bleaching or bonding. They are very resistant to staining and chipping and are the most natural looking type of restoration. If you have front teeth that have old bondings or fillings which have discolored over time, porcelain veneers can recreate the color and translucency that your natural teeth once had.
Cleaning and Prevention
Prevention, maintenance, and health are key goals of our practice. With the health of your gum tissue and bone now proven to be linked to your overall cardiovascular health, we work with you to keep your mouth healthy. We use non-surgical treatments if possible for treatment of bleeding, infected gums.
Dentures
We take the time and use the highest quality laboratories to ensure your dentures fit perfectly and look natural. We also offer invisible clasp partial dentures that blend in with your natural teeth.
Advanced Laser Dentistry
Keeping up with the latest in technology, we are one of only a few offices in the area to offer the Waterlase dental laser for your comfort. This amazing machine allows us to perform gentle dentistry, often without the need for a shot of anesthesia or the drill.
Crowns & Tooth Colored Fillings
If your silver fillings stand out when you look in the mirror, we can brighten your smile by changing to white crowns and metal-free fillings. For chipped or cracked teeth, we are one of the few offices in the area to offer a one-visit porcelain crown.
Implants
We place and restore both the new mini implant system and the traditional root form implant. The root form implant is the most esthetic, but also the most expensive. With the new mini implant system, we can place one or multiple implants in one visit. This allows immediate securing of a loose denture or partial. We can also replace a missing tooth quickly and at far less cost than the traditional implant.
General Dentistry
Our office performs all common dental procedures, such as fillings, root canals, children’s dentistry, crowns, bridges and extractions (including wisdom teeth).
